this has to be the intro, im 99.9% sure.  the rythm figure is the second guitar and the first four chords are played in 8th notes, while the seperated 3 chords are played i think in quarter notes. let the chords ring. the 7 6 7 6 is played in the background while the chords ring after the third 997 chord.
